Residential Customers Can Receive $75 Rebate on Routine System Maintenance
ROCKLIN, CA â Pioneer Community Energy (Pioneer), a locally owned not-for-profit electricity provider, announced today that it is offering a $75 rebate to all eligible residential customers who get an air conditioner tune-up from May through September.
Regular HVAC tune-ups are critical to ensuring systems operate at peak efficiency, reducing energy consumption and lowering monthly energy bills. Routine maintenance also supports the environment by minimizing carbon footprints.
âThis program is designed to encourage homeowners in our service area to maintain efficient heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and aligns with Pioneerâs commitment to saving customers money,â said Pioneer Community Energy CEO, Don Eckert, Jr.
The program is open to residential customers living in single-family residences in Pioneerâs service territory. Customers interested in taking advantage of this rebate program must complete a rebate application and submit it with a copy of the paid invoice from a licensed HVAC contractor to Pioneer within 90 days of the service. Upon verification, the $75 rebate will be processed and issued to the customer. There is a limit of one tune-up per year per address.
The HVAC Tune-Up is one of several programs Pioneer is creating for the communities it serves. Along with competitive electricity rates, Pioneer is implementing programs that support our customersâ energy needs and reflect input from our Community Advisory Committee.
