Plan Outlines Pioneer’s Dedication to Customer Savings and Workplace Excellence
Rocklin â Pioneer Community Energy (Pioneer), released today its Strategic Plan for 2025-2027. The plan outlines the organization’s key priorities and objectives for the next three years, focusing on ensuring ongoing ratepayer savings, enhancing community relationships, and increasing operational efficiency.
“The 2025-27 Strategic Plan builds on Pioneerâs many achievements over the past six years,â said Pioneer Board Chair and Auburn City Councilmember Alice Dowdin Calvillo. âSince 2018, weâve saved customers more than $85 million, with an additional $21 million in savings anticipated during 2024. This plan maintains an emphasis on ratepayer savings while also outlining how we will strengthen community engagement and maintain excellence in all aspects of customer service as we continue to grow.”
Strategic priorities identified in the plan include Pioneerâs commitment to:
